so,here the situation with my best female friend(the quasi-gf)
we meet in 2005 at work, and the first time we
meet we became friends,

now she always slightly flirt with me,what happen
she started grabing me,rubbing my arm, always
giving me hugs, kissing me,gave me her phone,
and hang out with me,but with all these huggin
and kissing, flirting she says were just friends,
why would a woman do all that stuff, but
not want to be in a official relationship.

I never did anything,she kissed me first,she
hug me first, she approach me.what would
you do if a woman did that to you.

she's an older woman too,she is late 40's,early 50's

it's not like I approach her,and made her
my quasi-gf,this is really on her.

Age difference. I wouldn't think any more of it.

So when women makes the first move?

I wake up.

Nah, jk, but I never had it happen to me so I wouldn't know what it's like.

I wonder how women normally come across when they do make the first move, if there is a "normal" for it.

I've had someone make the first move and ended up in a relationship whereas on the other hand I've had someone make the first move and spent one night with them. Some people just don't want an official relationship, whether that is with you or with anyone. The list of reasons is probably nearly as long as the amount of people who feel that way. It's not implausible that it's the age gap in this situation but without knowing her it's impossible to say. In these situations it's up to you to decide whether you're willing and emotionally capable of doing things on those terms or not. If you are then enjoy yourself, have as much fun as you can together while it lasts and try your best not to get emotionally bought-in - this last part is a difficult skill, and it IS a skill imo i.e. it can be learned. GLHF ;)

I actually got used to it for a little while. women used to make the first moves on me. But I eventually started to notice that some of these girls had weak boundaries and others *gasp* we're trying to move on from an ex. Guess how that worked out?

So I take it the lady from the previous thread didn't want a relationship beyond making out with you, which is pretty weird. I think for the sake of your dignity you should ask her what her agenda is with all this.

Sex and romance are two separate things. Just because a woman flirts with you and is willing to have sex with you does not mean that she wants to be your girlfriend. It simply means that she is willing to have sex with you for whatever reason.

Maybe she just wants to get plowed and that's it?

Maybe she knows you like her and she's just screwing around with you to boost her ego?

Being in an official relationship is not everyone's goal.

I often make the first move. Consequently most men wonder what the hell is wrong with me.

Really? Most men I know would be pleased at the woman making the first move if they are interested in the woman. I certainly find it to be a pleasant surprise when the lady takes the initiative and have spoken to other (non autistics) who agree :)

having a best female friend/quasi-girlfriend is way
better than being lonely and single.

Nah, keep breaking the paradigms. People willing to do what society says they shouldn't are the reason that we've done away with a ton of dumb concepts that we're embarrassed about in retrospect.
