...yet you're looking like one being 18 to 20 at max judging from what basically everyone tells you...

Would this bother you?

A lot of guys seem to be bothered by this but I don't see it as a problem at all.
Surely it beats being one of the many mid-20s guys who already look middle aged, or in their mid-30s.

This. A man who looks 18 while in his mid 20s will probably look 30-something when he is 40 and 40-something when he is 50. That's probably something to be pleased about; the length of time with any perceived negatives is very likely much shorter than the length of time with the positives ;)

^^ and what if the guy keeps on looking like an 18 year old whilst aging?

I've seen some pretty creepy examples of this happening to men, but then again, it's rare and has probably something to do with extreme hormone imbalances.

My husband is 26 and is told he looks 18/19. This is an issue because everyone calls him "kid" and has a lack of respect for him, even if he is older.

As a 55 year old I can report that the stage of looking too young extends into the stage of being too old, so that even while you look to young to find Love, you are already too old for that girl anyway.
There wasn't even a day when I wasn't either perceived as Too young, or being too old and for a good period, both at the same time.

The only advantage would be if you could lie about your age, which is not an Aspie trait to do.

I was bothered when I started losing some of my hair in my mid/late 20s so I would be pleased if my hair looked 18 in my mid 20s & looked early 20s rite now at 30.

Which is pretty much the reason why men don't like having it themselves in the first place.

idk, but calling a guy "babyface" sounds like a pretty bad insult at least to me. :lmao:

probably a good thing when the person's like 10-15 years older though...

It's a good thing for sure - I get the same. People have no idea I am approaching 30, I have often been told 21/22 but never over 24 :)

We're a lucky bunch of people!

Nothing brings me more joy than being asked to show my ID when buying alcohol. I've still got it!

The person's skin will still age normally like anybody else's though despite their youthful-looking facial features. Excessive tanning, smoking, or running hot shower-water over their head regularly could take its toll.

I'm 22 and get told I look late-20s/early-30s all the time. I guess it's a good thing now but it could suck in a few years.

I was carded until I was in my 40s. I didn't mind, it was an ego boost.

[quote="auntblabby"]I was carded until I was in my 40s. I know at WalMart you have to look at least over 40(the age may be higher but I know it's at least 40) & at least over 30 for cigarets not to be carded for alcohol thou so being carded when your 40 is pretty common.
