That's good that you have an opportunity to see her again as you know she will be on the bus. Often my problem is that I can never meet the person again.

I understand how you feel too. I have trouble thinking of things to say, but the good news is that she seems to be ok with making conversation. So I think you just need to think of one or two questions to ask her and a conversation will start.

Hello, how are you? Is basically the best start and maybe ask her what kind of day she's had? as you are on the bus going home. If she just says her day was good. You could ask was it a busy day?

The phrase is "beating about the bush." but you were close enough for us to understand what you meant.

It's "beating around the bush" not "running around the bush." Don't worry. You're doing fine.

Well you can just smile and say "What's up?" Generally people that have been bold enough to approach you in the first place will take this opening and run with it.

ok well thank you for the advise but my biggest problem is getting the nerve to talk to her or even sit by her on the bus :( the closest i can get is to sit in the seat in front her i mean i walk on the bus and think to my self "i will sit by her" then bame i sit in the seat in front of her and talk a little but not much. so how do you build up the nerve to sit and talk to a person

The penguins are taking over! This is confusing.

Asking her to go to a theatre show sounds like a good idea. I am assuming that you will be going with her and sit with her and not just getting her to sit in the audience while you work.
