Does people on the spectrum as we have a chance to in finding love?


I am 34, I have never seriously had any partner
I remember one of my buddies, when we were 14, who also had autism, said that he was raped by a (girl) friend from school, he looked like a typical blonde nerd with glasses, he said that now he is glad she did it and started to seriius dating, later on, he said that he was afraid what would happen if his mother knew and she was very religious.

When I asked him how he could be raped by a girl, you need a crime weapon to rape and girls just don't have such a tool, and he said that the girl used his tool xD

Many people on the Spectrum find love.

Women have sexually assaulted men. It can happen in various ways that I’m not going to go into here. Google it.

It’s not cool that you didn’t believe your friend when he told you. Definitely not cool.

As far as the question in your title goes, it is indeed possible to find love when one is on the Spectrum. It may be more challenging to find someone but many have done so.

i hope so. 22 and a half, no luck yet and meeting people isn't getting any easier noe that i'm out of school (work? no way)

happiness comes from other people, that's what observations tell me always

I have no idea as i don't know many autistic people. My parents, i don't think my nt mom loves my autistic father. I think she respects and likes him, but she puts up with a lot of stuff.

I was a full-fledged classical autistic person who became Aspie-like in later childhood.

I found “love” a few times.

In my experience I had to think outside the box when seeking out girlfriends. I had NO luck at all with the stereotypical NT girls so I sought out outsiders. My 1st girlfriend was NT but had dyslexia, ADD, & some OCD & we really connected cuz I have those things as well. My 2nd girlfriend was on the spectrum as well as my current. I met all 3 of them on online forums & the ladder two were this one.

It is very possible it is just a matter of finding the right person who can look past your differences I ended up marrying a AS girl. I just had to go through certain things in my life that changed my priorities.

I wouldn't trade my AS girl for a NT girl. My AS girl is loyal to a fault, doesn't walk away when things aren't perfect in the marriage, she doesn't try to control me in anyway, doesn't try to tell me how to spend my own pay check like many NT girls would.. You guys can keep your NT girls.

Returning to my original post I Had autistic/Asperger friend, who told me that he was basically raped by his girl classmate, but he said that in retrospect he glad that she f****d him because otherwise, he would rather not try to have sex with a girl, because his mom was very religious and he wouldn't disappoint that her ingenious Aspi son have sex with some girls, he's friend later girlfriend and wife forced sex on him, but he totally loved that feeling ever since.
Originally I was [pked fun of him how is ever to be raped by girl/woman, you need crime tool for rape, but women did not have such a tool, only men have, but it seems that "rape" by women on men actually happen?

Is this thread about finding love or getting raped?

The two are mutually exclusive...
