Sorry, but I only do well in relationships involving a lot of verbal communication, so that wouldn't work out.

But I did know one kid with a slur in his voice and he's the darned nicest guy ever. I don't think he's mature enough for romance.

By a strict classification, only 5% to 10% of the population have a completely normal (with respect to all parameters) and healthy voice, all others suffer from one disorder or another. Dysphonia, that is, incomplete functionality of the vocal folds, is one of the most common and can be observed as, for example, an unusual roughness of the voice. Stuttering is also quite common: about 7% of the population suffer from it at some point in life.

Yes, I would date someone with a speech disorder.

I already have a bit of a speech impediment anyway (sometimes I can't quite say a word, with my tongue repeatedly sticking to one particular syllable, so I have to clear my throat, breathe deeply, and try again), so to disqualify a potential match because they have one as well would be tremendously hypocritical on my part...

it may take getting used to, but I wouldn't think that reason enough to not consider the person at all.

depends on the speech disorder, but probably, almost certainly <it would have to be something that made it harder for them to communicate with me than it is for me to communicate with them, which is a LONG way down any road>

well and what if we're talking about a severe speech disorder in which the person speaks very slowly and actually struggles to pronounce words? ;-)
