Urm.

I don't know actually.

I spend more time with Females then I do with males (I'm straight), but if with what you're asking....I don't think so.

Less. My interests go in their own fashion, not directly male or female.

I see questions like this and it always makes me think about the common stereotypes and how odd they are. For instance, two common stereotypes are that womoen are better cooks and better at sewing than men, yet the highest paid chefs and fashion designers are men and no one gives that a second thought. I think that today's generation thinks of the stereotypes less than previous ones, and women are not uncommon in fields they were not permitted in even 30 years ago, like doctors, firefighters, and mechanics; and men in roles which were associated with women, like nurses and cheerleaders. So to ask if I think of them in stereotypical roles more or less than others my age is ambiguous, because 1) I don't relate to other people my age enough to know what they think and 2) I can see both the stereotypes and how far we have come from them. So I don't know how to answer this.

I seem to notice it less because I've always noticed less what people like.

Women are more likely to be interested in certain things than men. When I worked in retail, women were more frequent shoppers than were men (even in the men's department!). I personally try to minimize the time I have to spend shopping, but apparently some people enjoy the act of shopping itself rather than the goods acquired by doing so.
