Well, I've spent a total of eight years in the Middle East and I managed, eventually, to get accepted into the Arab community just enough for them to know that I wasn't the typical Western guy. In other words, I know a bit about this sort of thing.
FORGET ABOUT IT
It's an entirely different society, an entirely different culture and an entirely different religion where you and I do not belong. This is a society where women wear the veil not to obey their husband's will (a myth) but because a) they want to and b) because their religion expects it. This is a society where fathers and brothers guard their sisters and wives from infidels like you and I and they will protect them with acts of violence if necessary. This is a society where a woman can face the death penalty for converting from Islam to Christianity. Sure, I respect the world of Islam but I'm certain that I do not belong and I never will.
And you want to know what signs there are that a Muslim girl likes you?
None
Move on.
lol Everything you're saying is...not applicable in his case, you sound like someone who's....mixing chocolate with mustard to make some cake.
First of all the OP claimed to be a Turksih Muslim (and it's so weird of him he keeps asking you guys these questions), so he does belong to the same culture of the girl of his interest.
Second, you were in Saudi Arabia , while the guy is in Turkey.
I doubt you've been elsewhere in the Middle East, but talking about Turkey based on experience in Saudi Arabia is like talking about Canada based on experience in Cuba, two different cultures, two different ruling regimes, totally two different lifestyles/values and two different ethnicity (Turks aren't Arabs, Saudis are racially Arabs), for instance alcohol and nightlife are common in Turkey, Rakı is the national alcoholic drink in Turkey. Most women in their major cities like Istanbul and Ankara aren't even veiled, and in rural areas they wear the
cultural cover on their heads which show much hair (which is not acceptable as the Islamic cover), think of the head cover in India which is part of the Sari.
Saudi Arabia is the most extreme case of an Islamic country out there after Afghanistan (and the Taliban is simply an offshoot movement of Wahhabism).
The only reason why he should move on is because he's still a kid, otherwise all what you said is BS for his case.
