I met this girl online and got her number. I want to see this girl but there is constant interruptions that prevent us from seeing each other. She seems angry since she hasn't texted me and I know why she is angry it's because I have been delaying it.

I explained to her the delays and I told her this week that we should meet up Friday and she was cool with it. Apparently something came up and Friday arrived which caused to cancel again. Which may explain why she haven't texted. What should I say to get her to communicate with me again?

Have all of the interruptions and delays been on your end? If so, I understand why she is upset and I'd probably stop replying also. My best advice is to never make plans you can't keep - barring major emergencies of course.

Good advice, but sometimes people have the best of intentions, but things happen that are out of their control.

The ball is still pretty much in your court on how to handle this situation. Find a way to give her the ball and see what she does with it. This means that you are going to have to show some responsibility for the delays and make it clear that you would still like to see her. How she replies to you will indicate where things go.

constant delays for meeting up are typically a sign of stalling and/or cold feet.

if you are the one calling off the majority of times, she might assume you are making excuses, making her less inclined to actually meet up.

on the same vein, if she is cancelling most of the times, chances are she is the one having cold feet, especially if the mention of cancelling doesn't include at least the intention of rescheduling.

a text of "sorry, something came up" implies cold feet; "i'm sorry, friday is no good anymore, how about next week?" is more likely a true unplanned delay.

now, these don't have to be true, but they are what is generally assumed
