This happened in October last year

There was this girl who once liked me a few years ago. More to the point on my work break i was walking around town and I spotted a girl walking up the other street who I had not spoken too her since January 2014. On purpose I headed towards her. From the other side of the street while I was walking I smiled at her trying to get her attention she just kept looking ahead and it seemed like i was invisible to her but she did then glance at me briefly and said "alright" and then just walked a head and got on with her buissness. After that I felt a bit sad and got a sandwich from my local cafe. When i left the food store i saw her sitting at the bus stop across the street not making any eye contact with me and she was just minding her own buissness.


I told my friend about this experience the other night and he said "if you want to be very honest judging by her reaction that would indicate she is not interested and thinks your a weirdo"


Do you think my friends opinion is accurate or not?

'Not like' can mean many things

It sounds to me like she doesn't like you and was creeped out by your actions.

Doesn't. (Contraction of "does not" - describes opposition to a state of being)
Like. (To feel favorably disposed toward someone or something)
You. (Jamesy)

Thus, the girl in question is in opposition to feeling favorably disposed toward Jamesy.

The situation can't be described any more plainly and obviously than that.
