Hi everyone,

actually, i'm worried for one of my friends and i'd like to ask a question :

she has a work colleague who has PDA ... She must work with him everyday, but, as he has PDA, he does not accept to do his part of the work until last minute ...

However, the most scary is that he's been stalking her for a couple of months (we've only found out that now ...), even stalking her family members ...

Since people with PDA tend to fixate over people rather than objects, that might not be that surprising ...

However, here's my true question : is it possible to resist the demands of the very person you are fixated on when you have PDA ? Isn't it weird ?

Thank you

If Mr. PDA is stalking her, she needs to tell her supervisor and HR about it (and to e sure to document it in writing). If he continues to stalk her or her family members, she should file for an order of protection with the police. Gavin de Becker's "The Gift of Fear" is an excellent resource for dealing with dangerous people like stalkers.

Mr. PDA's uncooperativeness at work is the least of her worries.
