If I lived in your area, I bet we would have gotten together.

I might have been scared of your dog at first, though. I have a default fear of dogs which has gotten better over time.

She's cool.

She's not a Wolflady--most of the time!

Kraftie, what happened with the dog?

Nothing in particular--just always had a fear of dogs.

I'm much better now, though. I'll pet them in the street if I'm allowed to.

You would be terrified of Henry. He often lunges at men because (I believe) he was abused by a man as a puppy. And he's big and all muscle and mouth. With the muzzle he has to wear when I walk him he looks like Hannibal Lector.

I guess a dog like Henry serves as a deterrent for those who might seek to take advantage of you.

Yeah...I'd be scared of Henry at first. But I would let Henry come up to me, check me out, lick me. And we could come to an understanding that way.

Henry's never been a licker. He would be more likely to lean into you with all his weight. He would be a fabulous hunter dog. Truly his potential is wasted with me.

I'd be cool with that. Most times, I could tell if "leaning into me" is playful or not.

I'd have to meet Henry in order to know how I'd react to Henry.

He needs a firm hand. But is also very emotional and sensitive. I've had a lot of dogs over the years, labs, chows, hounds, Henry is truly my biggest challenge yet.

1.} I'm already seeing someone.

2.} I'm unemployed.

3.} I'm too sensitive for anyone's liking.
