I don't really have a dating persona. I have a practice profile on okcupid. That basically means my profile is non-local, so I can take more risks on my profile. If I write something stupid I will notice people aren't responding well to my profile or cringe at it. It's way less embarrassing.

I tried to be a manic pixie dream girl, but I kind of failed at that. It just made me seem childlike instead of adventurous and spontaneous. I know manic pixie dream girls are kind of childlike, but they're childlike in a cool way.

I'm kind of childlike and I was hoping I could find a way to frame it in a cool way. Guess I just have to minimize that side of me.

I'm kind of nerdy, but I don't have mainstream nerdy interests like Dr. Wholock. I also haven't graduated high school yet. That really makes me lose nerd points. The most mainstream nerdy interest I have is psychology.

I also play accordion. I put that into the hipster and nerdy category. Unfortunately it seems like a very heterosexual instrument to me. Since I'm not heterosexual I feel weird mentioning on dating profiles.
