How come when girls are teenagers they seem to like guys in there similar age range more compared to say when in there 20s and older?

Is it because women become more bi curious as they get older?

I don't find that to be true. Many teenage girls like older men.

I once knew a 13-year-old girl who lived with a 30-year-old man back in the 1970s.

People often like people more in their age range. The thing is though, once you get older, a single year becomes less and less of percent of how old you are. The difference between a 12 year old and a 13 year old is mathematically and mentally more than the difference between a 22 year old and a 23 year old.
I wouldn't say this applies to women only. I would say that there's a positive culture around younger men dating older, more experienced women, as if they younger man has 'scored' more by getting the mature woman, and there isn't really that culture in reverse (Although some women will still see it that way!).

My answer would be, when girls are adolescents, they're still trying to figure themselves out, and by the time they're adults, they'll figure out whether or not they're gay, or bi, or whatever.

I am having a bit difficulty understanding what you're asking, but I'll answer. I think maybe because they are around other guys their age often?

But if you meant about sexuality then as someone wrote above, perhaps because they are figuring themselves out still.
