There's a huge biological/mental maturity difference between 13 and 16.

Well I'm 18 now and have never had a "first" when it comes to relationships. I've had crushes, however it was just me saying "they gave me attention therefore I must like them"

A bunch of pointless sex for me, no relationships and noting more than a thin piece of latex between me and some sexually promiscuous women. I have actually only had sex a handful of time and none of it means anything to me, I probably would not repeat with a male or female.
