I've had times in my life when I obsessed about being forever alone. I suddenly just don't care. I'm too focused on my future to worry about being forever alone.

I barely noticed it. I was with friends.

That is the best way to deal with these days, pretend they don't exist. Which is kind of true, they have the significance you afford them.

I actually like being home on NYE. It is reasonably quiet, you can't pay me to go into town.
