Was she being rude?

10 years ago in college when I just turned 17 I fancied the pants of this girl in my media class and I wanted to pursue her.

One morning at the start of my lesson I asked her "how was your weekend" I think from what memory serves she said something roughly along the lines of "yeah it was good" and she rolled her eyes back and looked at her friend.

Do you think that was a bit rude of her? I did hardly know her and she did already have a boyfriend at the time.

Yeah, I think rolling her eyes was rude of her.

What made you remember this?

I can remember as far back as 27 years ago.



The reason why i took a shinning to her is because I got the wrong end of the stick about her behaviour towards me when I started that media class.

I was standing outside my media classroom (waiting for the media lesson) and I remember she stared at me (She was standing right next to her). I mistakenly thought her staring at me in the eyes was a sign that she was in love with me but looking back it was probably that she thought I was really weird is the reason why she looked at me

I don't think it's a good idea to obsess over every girl you've ever met and every interaction you've had with them.

You were teenagers. She was maybe not very patient with you but hey, you two were teenagers and she wasn't interested in you, the end.

She was very patient with me actually. I chased after her for nearly 1 year after the incident were she rolled her eyes at me. Most lessons we had in media I would go out of my way to talk to her and although she was not overly friendly to me in that time she was quite civil with me and other times slightly rude but could you blame her? Lol

Your age is shown as 26 incidentally so a memory of 27 years is impressive ....

That said as the guy above said , it's best just to forget all about her and the incident and just move on with your life , there is no real point in trying to understand women anyways . Just agree with everything they say and then do your own
