My man doesn't talk a lot about his feelings (he has Asperger's). Last week he was quiet and distant for several days. I didn't care, because I have already learned that that's the way he is sometimes. So I just let him be alone and although we spent some time together (went for a walk, watched tv etc.) he said just a few words to me :) It was fine to me, I knew it wasn't me he was quiet for.

Last Saturday he told me that he had had a good week. He said that he had really enjoyed our walks and that he appreciate me because I wasn't asked anything about why he was quiet and didn't questioned his feelings, but let him be alone.

Sometimes the best way to do is to do nothing
I'm happy
