A few years ago I liked this girl but she looked like a boy

Does that make me gay?

She was a female, wasn't she? Even if she looked like a boy, why would that make you gay in any sense of the word?

Is her behavior very masculine?

I've seen very feminine girls who happen to look like boys.

If you don't want a person with a penis, you're not gay.

You know that this "masculine" person is a woman. And you want her. And she doesn't have a penis. So you're not gay.

Unless you want her to have a penis....then you MIGHT be gay.

No. This is the sort of thing I like to think and talk about from a number of perspectives, but I'll keep it clear and simple:

You'd be gay if you found only men attractive and not women. You have expressed no such thing, therefore you are not gay.

I honestly think it sucks.

Every cute female who tries to make herself look masculine or boyish (short hair, masculine clothing style, etc.) tends to be Lesbian.

There is very rarely any straight Androgynous young girls and women.

It looks a little too weird/emo to me sometimes, almost alienish (just google 'androgynous female' and you'll see what I mean - shirtless skeletony women with cigarettes and edgy haircuts, ugh, yuck), but sometimes it can be very cute indeed.

Also, no, it odesn't.

The manliest biological woman on Earth is still a woman.

Even though I was born as a female, deep inside I believe I'm actually a male who's attracted to males exclusively therefore I'm gay.

Always liked tomboys. Don't much care for skeletony women, cigarettes or edgy haircuts.

Google images isn't returning anything of interest/elucidation though, just a bunch of hip young people being young and hip. Gah.

No. Most brains are very good at picking up on even subtle differences in sexual dimorphism. This is probably why straight women aren't attracted to butch lesbians, and lesbians who are attracted to butch women aren't attracted to men.

You acknowledge this girl looked like a boy but your brain perceives her as female anyway.

I like feminine tomboy types, too. Better than girly-girl types.

Whew what a relief! :P I've long been attracted to women with bony/defined faces and visible musculature (primarily to compensate for the fact that I'm the stereotypical clumsy Aspie). Unfortunately most of the women who find me attractive are considerably overweight :/
