-because I am right now.

I sometimes have an insomnia streak, and while I'd love to stay up with my boyfriend, I'm not going to wake him up because I know he's had a long day.

I usually end up feeling lonely, and have to sneak around and keep quiet trying to entertain myself. I just wish I could fall asleep with him even when I'm not super drowsy, or at least stay in the bed- without feeling restless and needing to get up and around.

It doesn't help that I've had a cup of coffee a couple hours ago, although I wasn't planning to go to bed at 10-11PM, anyway.

This is less of an L&D question and more of an insomnia question.

I know about insomnia. Generally I make a cup of tea, try not to stress about the sleep I'm losing and read or look at cute dog pictures on instagram.

I'm not in a relationship at the moment, but generally yes. I don't need a lot of sleep, compared to others so I get up a lot earlier than any of my previous partners. So I generally go and play on the computer, read, etc but other times I'm just plan bored, espically if I really am into a game last night but since we were playing together I can continue then that's just frustration. However, one day I did drive half way across England just to go to an aquarium since my partner was asleep and I wanted something to do... but I had a good time :D

Yeah, I wasn't sure of where to put the topic, then the site went down for a while. I pretty did what you suggested and eventually knocked out on the couch.

I'm not always like this, but sometimes my mind is really active even if I'm physically tired.

I do the same things when I'm alone, and I love aquariums!

If I could drive, I'd be going through the 24/hr drive-thru to get myself a coffee and doughnut. The coffee place 5-mins away closes for walk-ins by 11PM, so that sucks.

If I still lived in Toronto, there'd be a dozen places to choose from to loiter in. I love after-midnight cafes, and generally am more likely meet random people there at odd hours of the day. They're probably up for the same reason (like me) or are just bored enough to chat to pass the time.

Since it's morning, I may as well get myself an iced for myself and another one for later, lol.

That's what I do in the morning, on my way to pounce him awake.

I'm the alarm clock, tic-toc  wake up.

What's your stance on polygamy?

Well, the only practical solution is to get a second boyfriend for the night.

So you would have a day boyfriend and a night boyfriend.

You can nickname the latter my owlboy - how sexy!

What do you do if for example your Monday boyfriend's birthday falls on a Friday?

I'm purely monogamous and don't think about getting another guy to fill in for a night, lol. And polygamy just seems primitive. :D

I don't do what I wouldn't want done to me, and I don't believe most guys could measure up to him, at least not for me.

Maybe you should make a topic on polygamy, I'd like to know to what other people seriously think about it.

Oh, I wasn't talking about height. I meant that most guys can't compare to him because of the way I think and feel about him.
