What's another way to describe it if a guy has a 'hard time getting a girlfriend'?

^^^he did ansa the question. I'd strongly suggest against putting something like that in your profile but, if you are determined, perhaps you could say variants of the following..."unlucky in love/love has eluded you", or some such.

Just so you are aware tho...by adding what you have in your OP (or words that are closer to that) would automatically get you sifted.
If you're wondering "why?", it's because the reader will wonder what's wrong with you. Not smart.

Up to you tho. It's your profile. If it's not for a profile, how about "undateable" ... Since you're UK based, you will know what I mean.
