From your experience why do some women view certain men as only a 'kid brother' or 'friend'?

The only reason i can think is because these men are 'short' in stature. :roll:

Because they're not sexually attracted to them.

They're neither romantically nor sexually attractive to the woman.

Any other reason derives from this.

There also has to be chemistry and compatibility. If there is no romantic spark, or you don't have the characteristics she's looking for, then you are gonna be in the friend zone.

You put all of what I listed together on a good body and there will be a 'spark'.

I feel that some of the traits Fnord posted may be good to reinforce an existing attraction but aren't necessarily attractive most of the time.

hmmm some guys also swear in aloofness, mysteriousness, playing hard to get and a touch of hot&cold game to spice things up (i met one con artist once, that was his method)...but you have to be on the psychopathic end of the spectrum to make it work.

I despise the hot/cold thing. I've experienced that too much!

Just curious, Booyie----is the road from Dubrovnik to Split a scenic road?

lol well if you count driving on the small, country roads near cliffs where cars can fall down the narrow cliffs any moment scenic, sure :lol: but other than that there is a highway which is quite nice and safe, even if not as scenic :)

From one side of the cruise ship at Dubrovnik, one could see a sign saying "Split." There's also a bridge nearby, too.

I also like women that are direct. I don't have time to play guessing games. Tell me what you want. :P I think the hot/cold thing is usually due to insecurity/jealousy on their part.
