Not into them at all. I much prefer natural breasts, particularly small.

You have to wonder how safe they are

Keep 'em natural ladies...even if they are small.

I think there is a risk of leaking, or puncture, which I'm sure isn't good.

I watched aLOT of porn & I cant tell the difference between fake 1s & natural 1s unless they look ridiculously big or something. I like big boobs as long as they're not humongous & since I cant tell the difference when I look at em, fake 1s don't bother me. I think I'd rather handle real 1s thou but but bigger 1s are better for certain things so i guess i prefer big real 1s.

Fake eyelashes ... fake lips ... fake figures ... fake hair ... fake hair color ... fake complexions ... fake orgasms ... fake boobs ... and then women only want guys who are 100% honest all of the time.

= Lebanese women.

Something is wrong in the brains of my people's female population.

That's another reason why I prefer east Asian women like Filipinas, Indonesians, Japanese (Except Thais who have the same problem of here), they are often natural.

I've seen lots of pretty Levantine women.....they don't need fake boobs----trust me!

Trust me, Gulf, Lebanese and Iranian women win the highest stats in plastic surgeries.

I don’t like them but I wouldn’t reject a woman for having some. I like small boobs on women.
Most men seem to prefer big boobs, so women with small ones feel they need fake ones, it’s sad, I’d love them how they are, sadly most wont consider me at all. So I shall try harder not to care about how they feel.

I think it's fine for women who have had to have their breast/s removed to replace them with implants, so they look/feel similar to what they are used to.

Can't think of any other good reason to get them.

boobs and butts (really everything) needs to be in proportion to each other. fake boobs can help that, same with fake lips. just dont overdo it

Depends on the context. Since this is in L&D I assume you want to know if it's attractive. In my opinion, Jesus Christ no. Fake breasts = instant fatal blow to attraction. Maybe in the future they'll have better technology for this sort of thing, but right now fake breasts are just rubbish.

I'm fine with the way they look sometimes. I've had the pleasure of playing with some and they weren't bad. With any sort of cosmetic surgery, it can either turn out good or bad, and there are a lot of bad looking breast implants that leave scars. Would I date someone that had them? Maybe. It depends on the reason they got them. I'm not really in to the type of women that are constantly insecure about their looks or obsessed with being "beautiful". Sometimes people just have their reasons. I'm sure most people have one thing they'd change about their appearance if they could. I prefer someone natural, but if I met someone great that had them it wouldn't be a dealbreaker.
