I'm thinking of joining a dating site when I turn 18, which ones would you suggest in general. What I would personally like is one not hyper focused on looks like tinder and more focused on personality, interests, and goals for a relationship, if a suggestion could be given there.

^ This. Or at least state very clearly what you're looking for (and not looking for) on your profile. Most guys are not asexual, and won't take it well if you spend a lot of time talking to and getting to know them only to tell them that sex is off the table indefinitely, even if they end up in a relationship with you.

I’m on OkCupid, I been on there for a little over a month, im sorta tired of the dating game, im talking to some guys, but nothing really interesting, maybe one guy who is Middle Eastern, I really like talking to him.

I'd suggest Okcupid. I've met two people on there, and I'm useless at getting to know people in real life, plus my looks are definitely below average. One about two years ago, and one who I'm talking to now, who is actually asexual. There's an option there to select that you are asexual, I'd suggest just being straight forward about it so that you only attract people who are okay with it.
