Who among us has not had an online romance?

The feelings can be very strong.

Ultimately, I prefer a person who can be mine in the flesh. But there was a time in my life when I just needed an uncomplicated exciting relationship. Online is perfect for that.

Never had one but I don't think I'd like it.
I'm very tactile.

Yes, you can.

Some people fall in love online that way and they later get happily married.

It is possible to love someone deeply, even online.

But there are also people who will try to scam you, so be careful.

I wouldn't consider only online. Online can be a good complement, but I'd want to have her close IRL too.

Not something real, though as a teenager, most people online usually had one. I had a couple of online boyfriends half a life ago. Mad on them. Still friends with one on Facebook.

We're clearly not going to be able to come to a consensus on this Kitty, so I think it's entirely up to you to decide. If it's enough for you to believe it's real and you want it to be real then it's real. It's not for anybody else to judge if you were to say "I have a boyfriend, we meet online".

Of course you can a "boyfriend online."

But it's preferable, if you want to make the relationship deeper, that you actually meet each other in person.

Especially if you're planning on marrying this person, having children by this person.

Only if you meet him in flesh at least once a week.

it depends on what you want.

i'm super into physical touch, so i wouldn't enjoy online only.

best of luck!

I met both my exes & current girlfriend online. We became a couple before we met up but we did actually plan to meet up 1ce the relationship started. I also planned to relocate partly because I felt trapped living with my parents & hated the area I lived in. I also knew I wouldn't have many chances to get a girlfriend so I was desperate to try & make thing work.
