I remember I told my parents once how one of my friends had a new girlfriend and they said “really that’s surprising he’s not the best looking guy in the world”

Do you agree that was a bit ignorant of my parents too say? You don’t have too be the best looking man on the planet just too get a relationship.

Yeah, that was an odd thing for them to say. "Attractiveness" is mostly subjective.

Not everyone that has a date, is attractive

Did your parents see what the girl looked like? If your parents saw her & they thought she was the best looking woman in the world, what they said would make sense. Otherwise they're being superficial. there's alot more to attraction than just looks for both sexes.

I saw his girlfriend in the flesh once and she is blonde, blue eyed and good looking
