Consider this a sequel to this thread: viewtopic.php?t=381203

I decided to delete my account and uninstall the app.

Chances are I'll probably not be missed, the conversations I had on there were mainly just small talk about career goals. Although, at one point I had a semi-interesting discussion about ABBA songs. On the plus side, I have more phone storage now.

Regarding the woman I talked about previously, we still haven't met. However, we have talked fairly regularly on social media. I don't feel particularly hopeful about it though. The timing isn't great, and it may never be. Oh well. It's been a new experience anyway, both online dating and requited feelings. So that's something at least.

Probably a good idea.

I hope you meet someone at University soon.

She talked to me recently.

Even though we are both fairly busy with our schedules, I do hope that we will be able to meet in person at some point. However, I realise that there is a considerable possibility that this may not happen.

Then again, it might.

Why not ask her out for tea or something?

Well, if the weather where I am improves in the near future, then I might. I don't know.

I decided to ask after all. Now I just have to wait for a response.

Well, my timing is awful. Turns out her dog died recently, so she's in grief about that. She's having a terrible time lately; first her anxiety gets the better of her, then having to wake up at 5AM each weekday to commute to work, and on top of all that the death of her dog.

How are you supposed to know that? Are you psychic?

I knew about the commute times, and that she had a spike of anxiety a few weeks ago, from previous conversations with her. However, the news about her dog is new information. She isn't holding it against me, and understands that I had no way of knowing beforehand. I'm not a psychic. Frankly, I'm a sceptic of the supernatural.

As long as she's not using this against you. That's the most important thing.

Somebody has to make the first move; otherwise, it goes nowhere.

Well, now I suddenly feel terrible. Apparently I've caught a virus that's been going around. Tends to last around four days. Ugh. This is not good for my productivity. I hope I don't fall behind too much. So I suppose it's a good thing we're not meeting after all. Hopefully I'll recover soon. :(

Sorry about the virus.

Just rest up. And you will be okay.

Pace yourself within doing your project.

I feel better today. Seem to be recovering sooner than expected.

What do you mean? :? Are you talking about the app? If so, I already did.
