So my Boyfriend will be moving away to Ohio with his family maybe in the beginning of the summer. I tried talking to him about what our goals should be while we are doing a long distance relationship but we are both kind of stumped. I mean I would say "Move into a apartment together in a year" but to be honest we know that our relationship is unknown and we want to see if the long distance actually will work out before we even set that goal.
So my question is to you all, what short term goals should we set for our relationship? If you guys have any questions so you could help me out then feel free to ask!:) Thanks!

Depends on you only. Nobody here knows you both and how much you are into each other. You may keep the contact using WhatsApp videocalls and something like that of course and try to keep the relationship.

I never been in a relationship so all I really have is ideas but no real experience. Some short term ideas could be (1)establishing a routine amount of communication, (2)maybe workout when you will be able to see each other again, (3)establishing trust and setting boundaries for the relationship. That's the only ones I can think of right now.
