Meeting English girls

I like the English and British accents, that kind of turns me on. I guess I have some fascination with the UK and the English-speaking commonwealth. I am an American and want to know some way I can meet a British girl, or maybe Australian. I might move or live there one day, but right now it is more of a pipe dream and not completely considered.

If you live near a major U.S. city, I imagine there would be quite a few British citizens working, or studying, or visiting.

I live out in Western Pennsylvania, but I am not going to school right now.
