Aspergers can be a problem for women. She is not ugly but I guess she has mostly just negative expectations to the guys which mirror in her face and are recognized as an immediately rejection.

That's not your sister, it's you. Just like on the movie "Napoleon Dynamite". The mysterious girl in the photo was actually Jon Heder made up like a woman - he was actually hot.

A smiling person looks like they are happy and might be fun to hang out with.
Not smiling can make a person appear unfriendly/not fun.
I recommend she take a pic when she's smiling and use that for the dating site.
