Well, there's nothing too unusual in your list so here's a suggestion to help you find the perfect woman. Computer Dating.
Pause for the laughter to die down.....................
Think about this carefully. You fill out an application form where you give an honest description of yourself (important) and then you specify what sort of woman you would like to meet. In a few days you get a printout or an email giving contact details of women who match your wishes and (wonder of wonders) you match their description of the perfect partner.
Who you chose is up to you but I was a member of Dateline UK for about four years and I had a great time.

An honest description of me is I’m 25, living with my parents, do some freelance programming but unable to support myself. I quit University in my final year, after the final breakdown. I'm pursuing my cognitive problems, which with take a long time to sort out if at all. That is really important, so I won't really be able to be full on any time soon because I would be a nightmare to live with.
I need someone would understand and most of all content with just some interaction and affection for now.
That describes your current situation but it doesn't describe you as a person... what you are really interested in... what you are fascinated with. What you like, what you hate.
As easy as it is for guys to do... I believe it's pretty hard for women to be attracted to a list of facts about your life. Unless these facts are astronaut... billionaire... works with baby seals...
