thank you all for your replies.
the problem is I sometime get the feeling that girls
generally prefer other types of guys, and that I can't
never meet their standards.
well this picture isn't very good but it's the best I got,
it dosen't show the whites in my eyes, actually i have
blue-green eyes, the eyeshadows are due to pale, thin
skin.. I shave my head regualrly now, which shows my
big, protruding forhead.
plus I'm only 1/60..

do you still think I'm somewhat attractive?

I think 7 with a good photo. Which is not a bad rating.

Good looks isn't everything, though.
Is your charisma good? High charisma often beats good looks.
I know. I look like crap, but people quite often "express their interest" (both sexes, hrm... )
Or take Mick Jagger for example. He looks like a zombie raisin, but has thousands of adoring fans. :)

Even adoring fans aren't enough,
if you're a f****d up case like myself.

Hey I get a 5.8... and I was actually surprised. I thought I had no chance... and would get a 2... but I have learned that unless you are a hopelessly ugly... and can at least smile... then you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

Attraction is about so many other things that are beyond basic looks... looks are only a small part of it.

well I guess an aspie problem of mine is that I focus
a great deal of attention on facial beauty..

I've read aspies do tend to have this disposition.

it's almost an obsession..

I have to work on it.

but anyway don't think i'm that shallow  , cause intelligence
is really the most important thing i'm looking for in a girl.

As a Swedish actor once said: "If you smile a lot and walk fast, people won't notice how ugly you are."

That's not too bad... I believe I am the same way.

For me it means I have no problem being attracted to the some women that other men would outright reject. Whether it's because they are slightly overweight, or don't have a great fashion sense, it all really doesn't matter to me.

Yes I had a look at this hot or not site and this is all too apparent. Some really attractive people get marked down just because they are wearing a sweater or are not half naked and drenched in make-up, yet in no way masking their appearance at the same time.

Can you take a photo that is more close up? Show your pretty eye color.

Also if you can, a nice smile always helps.

A bit of a darker photo would also show that you have hair since you seem to have very light colored, close cropped hair. It's hard to tell if you are bald or have short blond hair.

From this photo I'd say a bit above average in looks. The facial expression brings the points down a bit.

That's pretty honest I hope that was OK.

I can't see anything wrong with coalbiter but would have reservations about hot or not if people get more points for slathering on the makeup or being half naked. I tend to look at people's faces.

I checked the site out as result of this thread. The half naked pictures are for example men with alot of muscles with no shirt on. I go by faces to but you have to in all fairness gives those men with a nice body 1-2 more points.

Yeah the point I was attempting to get at is that, you don't need to see a person half naked to be able to tell what their body looks like. Especially when it is all in the shot still.

A person showing copious amounts of skin might score a 9 or 10 and the exact same person under identical lighting conditions and all other conditions would score a 7 say, just by being more covered up. The person's physicality is in no way different. This is how I have always viewed this. An attractive person is attractive no matter what they are wearing or even if their face is covered in cow s**t. I guess I am just different in how I look at this to most people.
