Feel like I've wasted time not being in a relationship

I sometimes feel as though because I wasn't in a relationship in the 20s, it feels like I've ''wasted my time'' and that I should be experienced with things such as sex by now when it comes to new relationships. I seem to think that men feel as though they ''have to be promiscuous'' when it comes to sex and relationships. I do sometimes find it hard to enjoy single life with these thoughts sometimes getting into my head.
