Well I managed to open my mouth and asked her some made up question. She seemed way nicer this time, much more than the first time where she just blew me off at hello. We didn't talk much just answered the question she seemed to want to talk more but I only planned that far but I managed to let it off gracefully. But now what do I do? Just say HI as she walks by me in math class tomorrow or what?

She really is a cute little red head  although I think petite is a better word for it.

Ask her to join you at your favorite bar.

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." You're starting to catch on Kaboom! Just say "hi" tomorrow. Allow her to become familiar with having you around.
GOOD JOB!! ! :D :D :D

You should ask her if she would like to join you for coffee in the college cafeteria...or wherever students at your school hang out
to sit, talk and relax between classes.

Last time I went to the cafeteria I got really sick and she lives just off campus like five mins (I over heard her talking about it once) I don't know where everyone hangs out though I think it's the gym and the pool hall looking area both loud and uncomfortable for me. But I think I can manage a HI but just for the record my score so far with these things is that I start it but don't follow through
ie I don't say HI the next day b/c I'm just as nervous as first time....

The trick is to keep saying "hi" until you get used to it and it no longer makes you as nervous.

Ok see now I had a thought what should I do if she doesn't look at me when she comes in just say hi even though see isn't looking at me that seems like it would be weird... maybe I just think way to much I know I think alot about pretty much everything.

Simply saying "hi" is never weird.
