This has opened a whole new area of thought for me. I have low thyroid and have been taking Effexor,for depression and anxiety for years...yes, it helps a bit.

I have read somewhere that young autistics may have an over large amagdyla and that is shrinks in adulthood...so the pattern is to go from no fear to lots of fears. I wonder what if any connection this has?
