Lonely intelligent asperger's looking for a girlfriend

Hi,

I am a 28-year-old male living just off Montreal, Canada. I am currently studying Computer Science. I have been diagnosed with Asperger's when I was 23 and never had a girlfriend before. This is why I have a profile here. I am glad I found the site for autistic dating here. Even if Ms. Right one day clicks with me here, I would like her to be the type of woman with empathy, who will not say something like "sorry, I'm not interested, I have a boyfriend" after a year of knowing each other. And even if long-distance relationships are discouraged, I have a friend I know who ended up married successfully through that. I am very friendly, compassionate, and honest, and I am looking for a woman with the same personalities and in the same shoes as me who will not judge me based on my physical looks or mental disabilities (HFA) because beauty is superficial. It's the heart that counts.

Have you tried aspie affection? It's a dating site for aspies. I have thought about signing up there but didn't because I don't limit myself to men. I wanted any guy aspergers or not.
