Can't seem to get into a relationship
feeling isolated
All I can do is sit at home.

well, based on the given information ...

you can't get into a relatioship sitting at home.

maybe go places where there are some people. put an ad in the local paper. go to community meetings. join a book club. ask your friends to hook you up. and don't forget to smile. it's late and that's all i can come up with.

I do all that, its just that I try too hard

ooooooh. well, then i will squeeze out one last bit of advice.

don't even try. don't even think about it. only make sure you are yourself and happy and people will see a beautiful you and will be begging for your attention.

well, maybe not begging, and i don't mean that as an insult, but i mean that someone will come along and say hi and you will say hi and then BANG that's all it takes.

well, maybe it won't happen exactly like that, but my point is that you might find the perfect person to form a relationship with when you aren't even looking for one.

All things come with experience and practice; sitting at home will not garner you either, and ultimately no relationship either. Finding the right place to get that experience seems to be key for you... somewhere comfortable and practical. Relationships are not only romantic - friendships, acquaintances, every person you meet you have a relationship of some sort with - learning the evolutions helped me greatly. Relax, step out, and let the rain hit you... then dry off and try it again.
