I noticed something odd about where I live, for some odd reason, there are nearly twice as many men as women. Yes i am aware that women, as a whole, there are more of them then men. But where I live, there are more guys, alot more. So I'm begining to think, there just aren't that many single women in this city

I think you're on to something.

Well, unless you want to resort to gaming taken girls, which I don't advise, you might be right.

If you're comfortable answering, where is it that you live?

I live in ohio, I'd be more exact but my city is rather small, unless you are in the area you wouldn't know it

I feel the same way, and it isn't just lack of social skills either. There is no one in my town that match my personality standards. :?

plenty people have gotten girlfriends here... but yeah if you don't live in a larger metropolitan area, I imagine you'd have trouble finding the perfect person who lives near you

its why I found it so odd, there should be more women then men, there are more women on this planet then men, but for some reason not here, take my own family for example, its been 17 years since a girl was born in my family

All the female Aspies within 100 miles of me are already in relationships.

And I am in a large metropolitan area.

there's your problem
date other people

just because she's aspie don't mean it'll work
I admit my own shyness-and that's all it is
I am a shy person
I am a low functioning AS person (I can read some body language, understand sarcasm, etc)
but a LOT of people are too rigid with their demands
and refusing to change (well there's your sign:roll:)

This was with the only criteria being that she be an Aspie.

I know
that can change a LOT about someone
you know, most people with AS aren't gonna shout it from the rooftops
and unless your good at reading people
you'll never know
and obviously they aren't gonna come up to you and tell you

I can't tell if someone is an Aspie just by looking at them. And even if that were my only criteria, I still wouldn't meet any near me.

I don't know. What do I do? Randomly ask people if they are (a) an Aspie, and (b) they are single?
