If you really truly want to forget about someone, one thing to do is to write their name down... hundreds of times. It may sound creepy to do such a thing, but it actually works! I read about it once and tried it when I really wanted to forget about a girl after I had given up on her. I'm guessing it works because it desensitizes your thought processes to that name and everything associated with it. It becomes a word and nothing more after you've written it enough times. I know it sounds insane, but it really did work in my personal experience. I didn't do this, but you can burn the paper when you're done. In part, so that nobody finds it and thinks you're nuts, but also because it would create a sense of finality or release I think.

Most crushes are about emotional attachment and psychological compulsion. The girl might represent something in your imagination that you psychologically need right now. In fact, the facts that you have problems at home right now and that the crush on this girl has escalated, might not be independent of each other. In fact, it seems like your inability to get control over this crush is already the kind of loss of control that you feared. Maybe you really crave relief, affection and love in the situation at home, or some other emotional release or security, that you not only crave, but that you need psychologically in order to hold things together?

There's no magic cure for getting over someone. Focus on her flaws, see her less and wait it out.

That is a good strategy. You can make top ten lists. Like "Top Ten Ways You Could Have Guesed Your Future Wife Was a Sociopath". Then have things on there like: she kept a miniskirt and spike heels for her alternate personality in her locker at school. Or whatever is appropriate for her. Is she in the 4H club? Maybe "Top Ten Ways to Tell Your Girlfriend's Hog Breeding Project Has Gone Horribly Wrong".

Then, when your mind fills with her, you have something challenging (and funny) to work on, that doesn't amplify and dwell on her charms in your imagination. Since the top ten lists require allocentrism (the ability to take a third party perspective), it's quite challenging for an Asperger to do, and practices social cognitive skills, too.

First, DON'T LOOK don't ever look directly at her unless she speaks to you or something, this helps me tons and has helped me get over many crushes. Second, keep busy keep as busy as you possibly can so that you don't think of her and when you do think of someone else you like maybe an actress or someone you don't know in person and never will. Lastly stay away, when all else fails don't be near them that makes it fade naturally.
