I have noticed that you don't get many blond haired blue eyed men that date red head girls? Or am I wrong?

Depending on location, neither type may be very common alone. And both of those seem to be idolized by everyone else, so it's a wonder if they find each other. Still, there's no inherent reason for that pairing not to happen.

Why the interest? Got your eye on somebody?
