He's knocking on my door. I am pretending I am not home. Why won't he just go away and take NO for an answer.

Why don't you call the police?

I'm being quiet. He will hear me. I live in a unit - you can hear everything.

Why not email the police, then?

Call him and tell him it seriously needs to stop. You do not want to see him again. Tell him this is his last warning, and if he persists you will contact the police (so that he can't say you didn't warn him/give him a chance). Then, if he ignores you and does it again, call the police without hesitation.

Bella, it is past time to get the legal system involved. Do what sunshower has suggested. If he doesn't stop, call 911 and let the police deal with it.

Then get a restraining order. And don't hesitate to call again if he breaks it.

Let me ask you this: When you say he wont take NO for an answer I presume that you explicitly told him so. Am I wrong?
:?

if you've told him you're not interested and to leave you alone you can simply phone the police as he's harrassing you, if he refuses to leave once they get to you they can arrest him for a possible breach of the peace. once you have the incident number you can then go for a restraining order, it should all be completed within a week from there.

if the guy's dangerous you shouldn't tae any risks.

Thanks for your advice every one. I have talked to him since, "He said he really loves me." We have worked every thing out.

Is he giving you all the personal space you need? Even in the context of a relationship (especially so, actually), personal space is important...

Yes he does. I couldn't work him out at first and I said something really mean and so did he. It was like we was both playing the rejection game. Physically we are very attracted to each other so that is not a problem. The problem is, is that he has such an active social life. He wants me to come here and go there. I meet his two best friends today and he wants me to meet on his sister on Friday and go to a BBQ a other day. When I say "I don't want to" - He looks disappointed and

I mention I want something 'gold' as for valentines day and not long after he is saying "How he is kind of broke lately."
