If your a good looking guy will not all girls fany you per say if you know what I mean?

No. Not everybody thinks the same type is "good looking". For instance, because I despise jocks, if I see a supposedly "handsome" musclebound guy wearing a sports jersey, my immediate reaction is disgust, not attraction.

Not unless you are also talented, popular, and/or wealthy. Looks alone won't attract women; you have to have something else going for you, as well.
