It's our job to talk to people especially if they're regualars unless we're busy, Hell we'll do our best to chat while we work if we're doing glasses and stuff. We're ment to encourage people to come again no one wants to drink in a place with ignorant and rude staff.
Don't get me wrong by us am talking about "Good" Bartenders who actually like the job. Like with everything you'll have your bad eggs.
