Agreed to disagree sounds cool.

You know, MS and I have an ongoing disagreement that this reminds me of. I believe that when we are unhappy and circling the cesspool of hell in our brains, that we need to spend some time in that place in order to get out. He believes that it's not good to even go there.

I think that you're right - but it may not be true for everyone. I know that I can't come out of my tailspins without hitting rock bottom.

Yes. After 43 f'ing years of tailspinning and hitting rock bottom, I know that's the only way for me to climb back up. It works for me. Or at least that's the only way I know out of it. Allow it to be s**t, believe for the umpteenth time it will never get better and I might as well kill myself, and then, every single time I climb back up and it's still bad but not quite as bad.

But for others that may not be how it works :)

It's easy for people who are mentally balanced and mainstream to go around maintaining that negative thought isn't good to slip into. I can't uphold feeling at harmony at everything all the time, though, it's just like lying to myself. I have to have my ups and downs, because even if I could avoid having downs, my ups would even out and life would be sort of a grope in the dark, maintaining one perspective all the time when nothing seems to make sense. That's how life works. It's not my fault my ups and downs are more severe than other peoples'. If more people were like that they'd be able to accept things alot more easily.

May just depend on whether one is bi-polar though. I probably am.

I’d build a nova bomb (insert favourite supernovae inducing weapon here) if I could, and I’d detonate it on Sol.

That's my answer.

Brilliantly put. Whenever I come across a poll question like this, I usually look for someone else who's already said what I think, and you've nailed it.

I tolerate 80% of the people I interact with, but secretly despise them.

I extreamely dislike 15% of the people I interact with.

..and 5% of the people I interact with I like at first, but somehow something goes wrong and I end up disliking them too

Hmm... it'd be hard for me to give stats, as in percentages.

Let's just say, there are some people, if you hurt them, you'd invoke my PAINFUl, TERRIBLE WRATH!!

And there are some people I want to kill.

Personally, I believe everyone in this world has good in them. The problem comes, though when these people become bigoted, obnoxious, ditzy, boastful, and stereotypical that gets on my nerves.

Oh, totally, but I try not to judge people before I know them. I don't loathe ALL of them...it's more like I have a hard time relating to most of them, and I think that they make a lot of really dumb, irrational mistakes. I've known a lot of very nice people that I had absolutely nothing in common with. I've also known a lot of people that I despised spending any time with. More the latter than the former.

I kind of vacillate between sort-of-liking and intensely disliking humanity. One day I can be fairly okay towards the human race as a whole, and another day will find me thinking, like Agent Smith, that humanity is a cancer of this planet, a plague to be eradicated as soon as possible.

Although I have to say, the latter is becoming more and more prevalent these days, with my misanthropy reaching new heights on a regular basis...

we're not that bad just the people that cant see the big picture
wait till they realize that the whole world is run by money and that everyone has an agenda
they'll get just as disillusioned and depressed as the rest of us

Bitterness causes you to say such things. Give it time, and you will again trust.

I dislike non-gamers.
