Rude ass hole customer at work had the nerve to almost hit me with a car and laugh at me. "You scare?". (Rolls eyes)

Surprised I haven't been hit by a car thus far, given the way some idiots drive

Home Depot, lot attendant, work in the parking lot not in an office

Plenty of pedestrians have gotten hit by cars in that parking lot

Home Depot seems to attract a disproportionate number of unlicensed, reckless, road rage, drunk and stoned drivers s**t

I hate it when f*****s have the nerve to laugh at me. They don't care about me. They don't care about anyone except themselves.

What protections has the store put on place for you.?
Getting hit by a customer's car sounds like either a workers comp claim or a civil suit.

Today I was trying to push a cart with two boxes on it to the customers car. Wind gusts 57mph. One box fell off and I put it back on. The rudefuck customer had the nerve to tell me "you should get a different job somewhere else.". (Rolls eyes)(Customer always right)

The customer had no idea how my work performance was. And he sure as f**k had no idea how badly other lot attendants work. So that ass hole had no basis for unsolicited advice. s**t

Some idiots are way too f*****g full of themselves

Once long ago there was a very upset and angry customer, cursing and threatening, as he wanted to dramatically exit but then opened the brooms cupboard, laughter followed of course, it was hilarious (and a bit sad for that angry man too as it wasn't the theatricals he expected)

A customer had the nerve to bark at me "vamanos, chinito". He did not sound angry. That was rude. At most, I was blocking him from the register for a couple of seconds but I was just trying to go out the door and he was in my way too

The training videos say that if customers are rude or disrespectful, tattle to a manager and the manager will deal with it. But sometimes there is only one manager on duty and that one might be anywhere in the large home Depot building and they might be busy. Besides the boss might be having sex with the customer for all I know. (Everyone has subconscious biases). The boss might make my worthless corpse redundant. ("At will" employer). The boss could ban the customer, but they don't have to if they don't want to. Besides even if the boss bans the customer, that just means that if the boss sees the customer again, the boss could tell the customer to leave the building. That is not a Trespass Warrant or anything like that. Getting banned doesn't prevent anyone from entering the building.

I seriously regret not getting a job that gives more respect

I think even k-12 schoolteachers get more respect than me, but it is not possible to measure "respect"
