1)...The Question?

Describe you living space?

and.....

What would ideally be in it if
it is not already there?

2)...Statements by Ghosthunter!

I am currently staying at the
Global Village Hostel between
Folsom and Harrison on 5th street.

I am using it to practice some
good habits in relearning my
independent living skills. The
"House of pain and suffering"
is no more, thank goodness!

It is a divey location with drunks,
druggies and negative energies
surrounding the neighborhood.
The building is one that is run
down 30's style that wants to
be victorian, but not and badly
in need of a paint job.

I wouldn't keep valuables there
but Li Long(Co-Owner of the
Quizno's francise I work at)
wants all clutter out the the
Geary store, so that is not a option.

The doors look bandaided up, and
one good key makes a key a sense
of false security. The rent is
$100 a week in a dorm, and the
one I am in has 2 bunks and out
of the four options for mattresses
2 are present in torn, tattered
conditions. But at least it
is indoors.

I plan to leave San Francisco in
July or August to relocate and visit
some of you folks. I want to visit
my biological mom but that is not
my luxory or hers right now.

I have my temporary computer there
and will later replace it with a PBG3
Pismo w/DVD option. I have my
minimal comics that I will expand upon
in better times, so it is a starter set.

If I had my own space properly setup
it would have a 6" Sir. Knight at the
door made of alumium, a medieval
chandlier, a place to practice candle
magic again. A scottish flag(Large)
on the wall. my 7 boxes my grandmother
saved from my past. I could have all
my odd hobbies present.

• Foreign language Harry Potter books
• Scottish Gaelic study material
• Comics(10¢ covers)
• Candle magic and Art setup!
• Have my Old-Time Radio setup!

Right now I am indulging my relearning skills
to relearning to takes notes from Autism science
and review books, chatting on line with you
folks, and relearning how to maintain and
pay rent again since I left "The house where
pain and suffering lived"

Later on when I seek out school, I plan to
visit some you folks, and find affordable and
positive housing and positive income so
school can become a reality.

Things I miss being alone and independent!
• a relationship(Sigh!)
• a place to setup my true expression!
• a place to see education and can afford
to live.

3)...The Queston Repeated!

Describe you living space?

and.....

What would ideally be in it if
it is not already there?

Hey Ghosthunter,

Glad to hear that you won't be staying in that place for long.

My apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 living room. My bedroom/bathroom is my own world. I've got it set up so that I can watch TV while using my computer, or watch tv from my computer. And I have christmas lights up around my ceiling year-round!

Please tell us more about your plans to visit some of us WrongPlanet folks! How far will travel? Who should you visit? etc.

In my house there are: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilets, a kitchen and a living room. We also have a basement where we store books and old furniture and toys. My parents own the place. We're a family of 4 children, but all my siblings have gone away to live with their wife/boy friend/fiancé.
I'm happy to live in that house. There is a little garden in front of it and a bigger one behind. There used to be 4 trees in the "front" garden but dad cut 2 of them, and behind there used to be 5 other trees and dad cut 3. It was more beautiful when the trees were there. I feel a bit naked when I am in the gardens now.

(That makes me think --- What would have happened if Adam and Eve had cut the Tree of Knowledge instead of eating its fruits?)

The inside of the house is a bit messy. I guess it's because I live in it. My bedroom is hum, let's say, very very messy. I've got bunks bed. (One of them used to be my twin's) Bunks bed rule. They're like nests.

I hope you'll find a comfortable home soon.

I live in a three bedroom house with my two children. It has a deck on back with liloc's all around it. It is always a mess. : (

I generally like where I live. The schools are actually pretty good. It is near two parks. Its out in the suburbs though so one pretty well needs to drive to get to shopping or work. Or bike but D's balance doesn't allow for that. There is virtually no mass transit.

We have a dog that barks whenever someone enters the yard which I like. We also have two cats and two rats. We just adopted the rats from the humane shelter. They had their complementary vet exam this morning. All healthy.

My house is a safe haven. At any point in time, the kids have stuff all over and so do I. Books cover almost every flat space in the house. None of the pictures match the "decor" because we put up stuff we like. My bedroom walls are covered with framed pictures the boys did. Our living room has framed folk art mostly. The kitchen is cows, cows, cows. We turned the formal dining room into a den.

GH, I hope you find your safe haven some day.

Yes, that is correct. And perhaps
what would be a ideal setup for
your own space. The area you
live in. I am in a sharing mood.
That is why I designed this question
set.

Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

1)...I am staying to relearn how to pay rent,
and things that the "House of pain and suffering"
sheltered me from at a emotional price.
I see school, job and positive envirement
that allows me a expressive and true me
being very important.

• The job would be playing my strengths!
• School is to gain that college degree!
This is something I wasn't ready for, and
I am glad that John(co-owner of Franchise-
Quizno's) outed me of my ignorance of
Autism.
• A place where I don't have to hide my
identity. And a sense of home and security
I haven't had in ages.

Christmas lights, they are beautiful.
and as far as visiting you folks that
will evolve in July,2005. I want June
to reveal it's treasures first.

Hope to hear from you soon,

Sounds like a 2 story house you may
see on TV with porches and the "Waltons",
a old TV show! You may not remeber it.
Or pehaps the Colonial one in the TV show
"Eight is Enough" another old 70's TV show.

Hmmmmm? What were your favorite toys
and books, and perhaps furniture when you
young that may be down there????
It is amazing the memories we store in a box
or basement and move on.

Hmmmm? How many brothers? How are
you and are you the oldest? How many
sisters? How old they in comparison to you?
What is your mom like? Does she know about
your AS? And What is your Mom's boyfriend
like?

The thing about bunk beds is you can store
things on the upper bunk. I guess you are
sharing a room with a sister?????

With kids in general, that is expected.
Why Lilocs? Are they your favorite
flower? If not what is?

What state are you in? This sounds like
Sacramento, and Santa Clara County,
amongst other places I have visited that
have newer housing developments.

My Grandmothers daughter, Kathy
LUVVV'S adopting dogs!

My Sister loves adopting animals
like you do. Let's see? A hamster,
No rats, a snake?, Cats definely,
Dogs(forgot what type) definely.

I live in the basement of my parents home. Specifically in a storage room that was converted to a temporary bedroom by myself. I ran TV and phone lines in so I had internet and TV acess.

When I moved out for college last fall, my dad claimed my old room for himself and turned his old room into a den.

I have natural air conditioning in the basement so I don't have to worry about the hot weather.

I shared the room with my sister. But she's not there anymore so I can have the two bed. I live in the upper one so that I can see my phosphorecent stars at night. I stuck them on the ceiling with my twin when we were 14. In the lower bed I store my violins, some books and some garments. i've got two violins. I it a easy conversion when you go back
to school. i find it interesting that one
would live in a basement since horror
movies depict them in such negative
light......."SCENE 3"

Lady screams to basement and is in
utter terror! (scream piercely)

Slasher goes into this basement and
say's "now my dear! you are trapped
NOW DIE-hack! slash! spew! ploophf!
and dead she was!"

Most homes in the USA are one story and
either L shaped or [______] shaped.

Newer homes are slapped toghether as
one and call condo's. How unimaginative
we can be down here.

My favorite 10year old toy was a series
of cartoon characters turned comics,
and were TV? They were shift-changing
micronaughts. Then you had the Shogun
Warriors that shot things out. My Grandmother
said It was Hot Wheel cars, and track sets
for them. This is of course 70's related.
I was 13 in 1979 and my first comics were
"Battlestar Galactica" and the TV show
as well as Star Trek reruns.

For me, recreational bookreading came
later. I fell hard for Harry Potter books.
Otherwise I mostly did technical reading
on technical topics like Parapsychology,
Roman coins, Scotland, ect........! These
later led to Art projects.

I have a sister from my mom,age 59.
My sister is 40(she works for a school
district as of recent as a aide for
autistic children, before this Orchard
Supply Hardware for 20 years)
I am 39!

The reason she doesn't know about
my autism is that she is not people
sensitive. She has produced 2 Grandkids
for my mother. One 10(boy), the other is
12(girl)

I have a 1/2 sister who is from her second
marriage(and again a grandparent raised
the child) and she is and still is? a stripper.
And talk about reactive and wild! 8O

I have another 1/2 sister from a truck
driver fling my mom had and she is 25.
VERRYYYY silent and VERRY autistic, more
than me.

Hi! I lived at my Grandmother later in
life due to economics. I was making
$1200 per month and they had a spare
room and could use the financial rental
assistance. Hmmmm? What was your

house? What kind of work do you do?

I missed this when I read through this before

Please describe to me your "old-tyme" radio set up!

My "old-tyme" radio set-up is a 1986 magnavox boom box.

I also have a 1992 JVC stereo reciever that I use to listen to the audio from the TV or MP3's on my computer. There's also a ground loop someplace in it that I can't seem to shake also. :(
