THINGS NT'S DO THAT JUST DON'T MAKE SENSE!
@Glebel, Spiderpig
I've rarely lost it nowadays, and when I'm overwhelmed I just try and exercise or hit inanimate objects to calm down (usually something durable like a striking pad). 5 years back, an incident taught me yelling is just about the worst way to make people understand you or reign in emotions (it doesn't).
So normally, people would shout in an argument to establish dominance? To emphasize that they're in the right?

I really, really, try not to respond to yelling. I want it expunged from my life.
I can't stand shouting - it's as if the anxiety is infectious. It's about as uncomfortable as when it's completely silent and your ears ring and you can't get rid of it. I lose my train of thought and emotion starts to overwhelm me. There's got to be a way to deal with this kind of stress. Can't be good for any job...
