You would have fit right in with my former co-workers at my old job. The dirtier the quote the better. We did a lot quotes from monty python, the family guy, the terminator, stripes, and pornos.

When I was little (like under 10) I quoted "tell me about it, stud" from Grease 8) My mom got me to replace "stud" with some other appropriate word. Now I quote stuff that I've heard (funny stuff from books and so on), but it isn't inappropriate...people just might not get it.

I quote Oscar Wilde a lot, but I usually announce the fact that I'm about to quote not that it helps very much. On one occasion my older sister was upset and crying so I told her that "Crying is the virtue of plain women and the ruin of pretty ones" apparently it was VERY inappropriate I can see that now but really was not thinking at the time when I said it.
