Something I've learned about life is that people are not magnetic: if you are positive, you will attract positive people. If you are a jackass, you will attract other jackasses. Allthough being a nice and friendly guy is no guarantee to get attention from other nice people, it is something worth trying out.

Dude, you only have 42 posts. Of course you won't be noticed but I am sure no one is ignoring you. I didn't even notice you until now (these sort of threads attract my attention). In fact there are some people here who I don't even notice and then I finally do and I am shocked they have been here for a year or two years or a few years and they have over 1,000 posts and how could I have not noticed them? Sometimes it's because they post in sections I don't go to nor normally go to so it's no wonder.

I noticed the same when i used to post a few years ago and got bored, I think it's just the nature of aspergers, we're all pretty self absorbed.

Not to mention the fact that we all pretty much have narrow interests, the only thing that connects us is our aspergers.

The list goes on. THIS GUY IS A TROLL. He is not interested in Aspergers, Autism, or anything related. He is posting controversial topics, mostly political or religious, in the hopes of getting a reaction. What I don't understand is why the moderators haven't picked up on this sort of crap and banned him by now?

And in response to his inevitable 'appeal to free speech reaction', I appeal to my 'freedom not to listen to idiots'. Freedom works both ways.

He's a troll. You know what, I've sat here crying fit to die. Wanting to die. Praying to die. And on more than one occasion, some sincere understanding on this site has changed that.

This guy wants a reaction. I can't afford to stay on a site that thinks that that's okay. I can't deal with that.

Sometimes I'll be ignored, and sometimes they'll have open arms. You just have to experience with different forums and see which of them are more inviting, and see if they have more or less people on them. Also, don't be afraid to pm people, you can make some good friends that way.
