Take a partner dance class--swing, salsa, or blues, preferably. Because you're dancing with a partner, you're not learning a specific choreography to one song--you're learning how to move in response to any kind of song. That will be applicable whether you are dancing with a partner or in a group or on your own. Plus, partner dance classes are a great way to meet people :)

The closest thing to dancing that I do is standing on one foot, bending that knee, then switching feet, and repeating rhythmically. I don't think it counts as dancing.

I can't dance and won't dance. I don't enjoy it and don't want to do it.
