What have you tallked too much about to the annoyance of ppl

My special interests tend to really bother other people, no one really wants to hear long lectures about cerebral palsy, conjoined twins, spina bifida, gientism, dwarfism, Ocd or the collection of other conditions i care about. It tends to either depress them or gross them out. I've been trying to find somewhere else to vent all the new information i read about, anyone have a good suggestion about how i can do that without annoying people.

I was interested in the United States when I was 10 and I would talk about them non stop to anybody who would listen. My parents scolded me for doing that, in particular my mum. I hardly talk to people about my special interests unless I trust them. I don't trust my family enough to talk to them about my special interests.

When I was a teen, supposedly the main thing I wanted to talk about was music.....especially the bands/singers which I listened to.
